In line with this strategic direction and transparency, Mr. Emil A. Nehme has officially exited the partnership, with his shares fully acquired by Mr. Alexander A. Nehme and Mr. Simon A. Nehme – have become the sole owners of Nehmeh. As such, Mr. Emil A. Nehme no longer holds any shareholding, position or affiliation with Nehmeh or any of its entities or subsidiaries.

This realignment forms part of Nehmeh’s structured and long-term family succession plan, designed to preserve unity, reinforce governance, and secure the Nehmeh’s continued leadership well into the future.
